DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR 7 NIGHTS OR MORE.

The cottage sleeps up to 6 people and there is a travel cot and highchair available on request.  Up to a maximum of two Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

Rates quoted below are based on 2 persons sharing one bedroom on the lower floor of the cottage:

• January/February/March   £175 per night
• April/May/June   £190 per night
• July/August   £215 per night
• September/October   £190per night
• November/December  (excluding Christmas week)   £190 per night

Throughout the year any additional guests are charged at £35 per person per night.

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 2024

The cottage is decorated with a real tree and lots of Festive sparkle and there is a special Seasonal Welcome Hamper for our Guests.   4 night stay costs £1600.  If just one couple booking and using just one bedroom then the price for 4 night stay is £860. TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A deposit of £100 for each week is required at time of booking.  The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
• Any cancellation to bookings must be made in writing either to cottage@brescalan.co.uk or to Brescalan Cottage, 3 Borve, by Portree, Isle of Skye, IV51 9PE without exception.  On receipt of the cancellation notice every effort will be made to try and re-let the property.  If a re-let is successful at the same rate as the original booking we will refund your monies minus a £20 administration charge.  If a re-let is unsuccessful all monies paid by the client will be forfeit to cover loss of earnings.
• The cottage sleeps 6 people and this number must not be exceeded.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden within the property.
• Dogs by prior arrangement and the maximum number is 2.
• The accommodation will be available from 3 pm. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am. on day of departure.
• The accommodation and all furniture, fixtures and effects are to be kept in the same state of repair, condition and cleanliness as at the commencement of the holiday.
