Brescalan Cottage is available to rent for a minimum 3 night stay. Special discounts are available for 7 or more nights.

The cottage sleeps up to 6 people and there is a travel cot and highchair available on request.  Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

Prices range from £130 per night in low season to £160.00 per night in high season.  (All prices are inclusive of electricity, hot water and the provision of bed linen and towels). When only one bedroom is required (for one couple) the prices are £90 per night in low season to £140 per night in high season.
Discounts for 7 night bookings are available.

Christmas and New Year 2019

The cottage is decorated with a real tree and lots of Festive sparkle and there is a special Seasonal Welcome Hamper for our Guests.   3 night stay costs £600. If just one couple booking and using just one bedroom then the price for 3 night stay is £400 Please get in touch for details.  To make a booking simply select the dates you would like to stay with us then press the Enquiry/Booking button. On the next page fill out your details and click send. We will reply to you as soon as possible.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A deposit of £100 is required at time of booking.  The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
• Any cancellation to bookings must be made in writing either to cottage@brescalan.co.uk or to Brescalan Cottage, 3 Borve, by Portree, Isle of Skye, IV51 9PE without exception.  On receipt of the cancellation notice every effort will be made to try and re-let the property.  If a re-let is successful at the same rate as the original booking we will refund your monies minus a £20 administration charge.  If a re-let is unsuccessful all monies paid by the client will be forfeit to cover loss of earnings.
• The cottage sleeps 6 people and this number must not be exceeded.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden within the property.
• Pets by prior arrangement.
• The accommodation will be available from 3 pm. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am. on day of departure.
• The accommodation and all furniture, fixtures and effects are to be kept in the same state of repair, condition and cleanliness as at the commencement of the holiday.
