DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR 7 NIGHTS OR MORE.

The Lodge sleeps 2/3 people.  We are happy for guests to visit with 1 well behaved dog but please be aware that as the Lodge is located on a working Croft, all dogs must be kept under control and they are not permitted to wander freely.  Please let us know in advance if you are bringing your pet with you

Rates quoted below are based on 2 persons  For an additional guest then the cost is £35 per night throughout the year

• January/February/March   £150 per night
• April/May £150 per night
• June/July/August £175
• September/October £150
• November/December £150

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR  2026

The Lodge is decorated with a real tree and lots of Festive sparkle and there is a special Seasonal Welcome Hamper for our Guests.   A 4 night stay costs £650. Please get in touch for details.  To make a booking simply select the dates you would like to stay with us then press the Enquiry/Booking button. On the next page fill out your details and click send. We will reply to you as soon as possible.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A deposit of £100 for each week is required at time of booking.  The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
• Any cancellation to bookings must be made in writing either to cottage@brescalan.co.uk or to Brescalan Lodge, 3 Borve, by Portree, Isle of Skye, IV51 9PE without exception.  On receipt of the cancellation notice every effort will be made to try and re-let the property.  If a re-let is successful at the same rate as the original booking we will refund your monies minus a £20 administration charge.  If a re-let is unsuccessful all monies paid by the client will be forfeit to cover loss of earnings.
• The lodge sleeps 2/3 people and this number must not be exceeded.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden within the property.
• Dogs by prior arrangement
• The accommodation will be available from 3 pm. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am. on day of departure.
• The accommodation and all furniture, fixtures and effects are to be kept in the same state of repair, condition and cleanliness as at the commencement of the holiday.
